Electrical fault as likely cause for bedding and bedroom fire in Wrexham, UK - Meadows View, Marford - O injured

84 years-old Mrs Wright, had time to escape her house on 31st of March 2009 around 11pm when a fire, started in the bedding, broke out in her bedroom. Her son, living in Wirral, said: "We don't know exactly what caused the [bedding] fire but the fire service will be back this morning to continue its investigation. It looks like it might have been an electrical fault.(...) Given the extent of the damage I think my mother had a lucky escape. (...) When I got here this morning I was shocked to see the devastation. (...) But the main thing is that my mother is safe and had only minor burns."
