Electrical box provoques shop blaze in Hartlepool, UK - No injury

A fire in an electrical box led to a fish and chip shop being closed. On Friday 10 April 2009, crews from Stranton Fire Station raced to White's Fish and Chips, in Shrewsbury Street, Hartlepool, UK, following reports of a fire around 7pm yesterday. "The shop was full at the time as Good Friday is one of our busiest days of the year. It was actually a customer that pointed out the electrical box in the front window was smoking, which then caught fire, before the manager extinguished it."
