Electrical fault causes house to blaze in Laisterdyke (Bradford), UK - No injury

A man doing DIY in his bathroom fled from his home in Westbury Close, Laisterdyke, UK, as fire tore through the loft above him. He called firefighters to the terraced property in Westbury Close, Laisterdyke, at 7.30pm on Monday the 20th of April 2009. Flames were shooting from one half of the roof and smoke spread into neighbouring houses. An electrical fault has been blamed.
