Microwave oven starts kitchen fire in Brampton, UK - 1 injured

A fire broke out in Miller Way on Monday the 27th of April 2009 in Brampton, United Kingdom, just after 1pm. The elderly woman living there had to be given oxygen by the firefighters medical services after she suffered smoke inhalation. The fire was caused by a microwave oven that caught on fire in her kitchen. Damages to the kitchen are limited.
