Child playing with fire sparkled fire to his bed in Deane, UK - Windover Street - No injury

Three-year-old Dylan Halpin started the fire while playing with a lighter he found in his house in Windover Street, Deane. By chance, his father smelled smoke and found the bedroom alight. THe familiy of 4, a couple, a boy and a baby, safely escaped the house.
